When an anomaly occurs, ForgeMind AI predicts failure risk (98% precision, ~4h Remaining Useful Life), performs Explainable AI root-cause analysis, verifies spare parts in inventory, simulates rerouting production load to backup machines with zero downtime, and auto-dispatches emergency maintenance tickets (TKT-1001).
