About this project

CareerPilot is an MCP server that lets an AI agent handle the whole job-search workflow in one chat. It is for students and job seekers who jump between job portals, resume checks and tracker sheets. The agent matches a resume to a job description and shows a score card with matched and missing skills, saves applications to a tracker, and shows them on a board. It also has a skills checklist resource and an interview coach prompt. What makes it special: without MCP, an AI could only give advice about jobs. With MCP, it reads the tracker and takes action by itself.
