IssueSprint: From GitHub Issues to Contribution Plans

An MCP app on the Model Context Protocol built by Team Apex at the OSS Connect NitroStack × MCP To The Moon hackathon and deployed on NitroStack.

About this project

IssueSprint helps developers find public GitHub issues that may fit their skills and available time, check existing pull requests and contribution requirements, and prepare a focused work plan. Through three MCP tools, an AI agent discovers candidates, inspects repository context, and saves a Markdown plan after user approval. If someone is already working on an issue, it can recommend reviewing their PR or coordinating first. It also includes unlabeled issues, since contribution practices differ across repositories. Built with TypeScript and NitroStack, IssueSprint is deployed on NitroCloud with an interactive NitroChat interface.
